Angie Stone live @ The Jazz Cafe

The Jazz Cafe is a venue that dreams are made of. Not just because it's one of the most intimate live music destinations still operating but because the booker has immaculate taste. Angie Stone AND Bobby Womack within 2 weeks? Proof if proof were needed.

It was Angie that we caught live there last week, and found ourselves amongst an audience that was there for the music, not just on a night out, or tagging along with friends. These were fans, and fans that were enthralled by the iconic lady they were within touching distance of.

With her unmistakable vocals Ms Stone demonstrated effortless control of her band and the capacity crowd.
